Royal Mail - 48 hour tracked is complementary.
NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA
Royal Mail - We use tracked, standard international shipping to New Zealand & Australia.
A flat rate of $55 is applied to orders under the value of $250.
Orders over the value of $250 are eligible for free shipping.
Please note below: Import/customs duties.
EUROPE
Royal Mail - We use tracked, standard international shipping to selected European countries.
A flat rate of €12 is applied to orders under the value of €70.
Orders over the value of €70 are eligible for free shipping.
REST OF THE WORLD
Royal Mail - We use tracked, standard international shipping to selected countries around the world.
A flat rate of £25 applies to all international orders.
Orders over the value of £150 are eligible for free shipping.
The minimum spend threshold is calculated using live exchange rates at the time of purchase, so the equivalent amount in your local currency may vary slightly.
IMPORT CUSTOMS & DUTY
Please note that all international orders remain subject to local import duties and taxes upon arrival to their local country, which are the responsibility and must be paid by the person/customer/recipient placing the order.
SHIPPING
Shipping is tracked and delivery can be expected to take between 3 to 17 business days, customs may impact delivery times. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, Monday to Friday. Orders will be dispatched next business day if placed on a weekend/bank/public holiday. We aim to dispatch orders placed before midday, on the same day.
Orders will not be refunded if they’re sent back due to the import or customs duties/taxes not being paid or as a result, the product is returned/lost/destroyed.
All prices displayed on katoabotanicals.com are shown in local currencies i.e. NZD, AUD, GBP. Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee for purchases made outside of the U.K.
Any dates specified for delivery are estimates only. We use third party couriers and postal services to deliver the products to you, such as Royal Mail.
We will try to meet all delivery dates but sometimes there may be delays, for example, because of postal/carrier delays or logistics issues. Please read section 19 ‘We are not responsible for delays outside of our control’ for more information about delivery delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties/taxes etc due to change of mind, cancelled orders or incorrect product selection.
